Throttling changes for 3.5.7 to 3.5.8 have been landed and tag updated.

Pushed snippets for release and MU live around an hour ago.

NOTE: Snippets were pushed prematurely because of my fault. Unawarely I did not wait for the final_verification. Final verifications have been run nevertheless to completion.
