lanikai 3.1b1pre shuts down unattended - windows dialog "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." if i recall correctly, 3.0 runs without a problem - no 3.0 crashes in last 3 months presently Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.2pre) Gecko/20100217 Lanikai/3.1b1pre ~3 times in last 5 days. no idea what's happening. one recent change, added andrew's message filter bar prototype. this is not however a profile that hasn't had problems. for example ... several cases of memmove | nsTArray_base::ShiftData(unsigned int, unsigned int, unsigned int, unsigned int) bp-84888dbe-0474-4a98-8c4a-f14072100222 2010-02-22 19:35:13.881985 20100121033259 nsView::DoResetWidgetBounds(int, int) bp-42341994-5337-49f6-8fd2-ed2fb2100215 2010-02-15 07:35:57.901841 20100121033259
Is windbg installed on that machine ?
yes
updated from 02-17 to 02-23 to see if this gets resolved by Bug 534858 - Crash on repeated collapse/expand of threads with subthreads killed by filter [@ memmove | nsTArray_base::ShiftData(unsigned int, unsigned int, unsigned int, unsigned int)]
FWIW, my latest seeming random crash was early this morning. RtlpWaitOnCriticalSection | RtlAddAccessAllowedAce | PR_Lock - nsSSLThread::requestPoll bp-b7fdb22e-615d-40cd-ae1e-8b6a22100224 2010-02-24 03:38:29.13072
