I set up a Personalized email, (like mail merge) with the Mail Tweak ADD On, and that worked normally. When the (15) emails appeared in my folder after message filters put them correctly, I started to forward one of the emails that were sent. I noticed that the FROM address was incorrect- it was one of my several other accounts. I tested on the next email to forward, and it selected a DIFFERENT incorrect FROM address. For all 15, when testing to forward, it only used 3 accounts (out of 9) to send from and it used them in this order: 1233213222313
Upon further investigation, as I write this, It seems that this is happening with any email that I've SENT. It correctly chooses the FROM account if it is an email I've RECEIVED.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select an email I've already sent
2.Click FORWARD
3.Note FROM address
Expected Results:
Seemed to randomize using 3 of 9 accounts to place in the SEND address.
Utilized the same address email was originally sent from.
The default account is the email address the emails were originally sent from.
After Shutting down TB and reopening, the seemingly 'randomized' order of accounts that it was using, changed, but then seemed to remain constant after several shut downs and opens.

Have you tried safe mode? (see https://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode for more information) - to ensure that this isn't a error in the Mail Tweak add-on or some other add-on.

I just tested in SAFE MODE and get the same results.

Are these 9 different accounts are 9 different identities ?

This isn't a DUP of 264626; that covers the case where the wrong account is chosen based on the "X-Account-Key header; there isn't an "X-Account-Key" header in "Sent" messages.
Since this has already been marked as a Duplicate, I'd suggest just DUPing it to Bug 560916, which seems to be the only one open describing this problem (i.e., the only one that hasn't been DUP'd to 264626). Ludovic, please change "DUPLICATE of bug..." if you agree.
