Based on my review in bug 469308, I'm vouching here.

Over to server ops to create an hg localizer account. The pubkey is in comment 0, hope that works.

Please make sure to send out the ldap password, too.

It's something that our IT guys are going to send you via mail. You can use it to log in in a bunch of mozilla web properties, like staging servers or the l10n dashboard. It's also used for svn authentication for the localization of the web parts.

Email sent with LDAP credentials, ssh key is bound to your account, you should have l10n commit privileges to the repository

marquinos has problems accessing the hg server. Might be a copy and paste error of the public key?

marquinos, can you attach the public keys as text/plain to this bug again?

The key has been re-added, but I'm fairly sure it is the same key we used before, for [e-mail].   I did confirm that he has the appropriate permissions set, hg, scm_l10n and scm_level_1 on his ldap account.  I've reset his password per request on comment 12.  Lets try to give this another shot but please report/copy paste the error you are receiving.
