For bug 563744, we want a place where build machines can submit minidumps and symbols urls, and then the CGI will download the symbols, unpack them, and then output the stack trace from them.

I thought that build.m.o would be a convenient place to set this up.  I already have the code set up in /var/www/html/build/stackwalk, it just needs some apache tweaks to let the build machines hit it without having to authenticate.
