this used to be a two-part bug. width="100%" didn't work either, but as of m18,
this has been fixed. however, when making a table where content is divided into
sections (i.e. a news sidebar, links on the right side, etc) all separated by a
.gif that's stretched to span the length of the table, it doesn't work. works on
Opera, IE, Konqueror, even KFM. I know that height="100%" is a valid attribute
for the img tag, but it's the only bug that halting the publishing of our
website, as we're hoping for full HTML 4.0 compliance.
