Got a bunch of updates for getpersonas.com version 2.7 (bug list http://tinyurl.com/23g2t4c)

svn rev: r68599

No db or config updates, new translations, will need an apache restart.

NOTE: can we update /static first to pickup CSS & JS changes, then update the entire path? We've had caching issues before and I think it's because our pages update first and cache the old CSS & JS.

Also, can we do the update at 4pm? I won't be around at 7.
