Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.4) Gecko/20100611 Firefox/3.6.4 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; pt-BR; rv:1.9.1.10) Gecko/20100512 Thunderbird/3.0.5 When I click on a message, it is displayed in the message window for reading, which is expected. Opening the message in a different tab also displays the message correctly. The problem appears when moving through tabs or going back to the main tab (which shows folders/messages/message window). Upon switching tabs, I can see the message from the previous window, which then is removed and replaced with the message associated with the current tab. This is especially evident when opening remote links (such as when reading RSS feeds), which are reloaded every time a tab is switched. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open one message in the main tab; 2. Open second message in a separate tab (mail/rss) 3. Switch to second tab 4. Optionally, switch to previous tab. Same thing will be observed. Actual Results: The message from the previous tab is still being displayed, then is removed and the new message is now displayed. The message which was opened in the second tab is only loaded when the second tab gains focus. Expected Results: The message opened in the second tab should have been loaded in the background.
