Stumbled upon this Bug by pure "luck".
As I undestand it, Firefox Sync no longer functions with Nightlys beginning with 20100702, right?

From my Error Console:
Service.Util WARN Component @labs.mozilla.com/Weave/Crypto;1 doesn't exist on this platform.
Service.Util WARN Component @labs.mozilla.com/Weave/Crypto;2 doesn't exist on this platform.
Service.Main ERROR Could not load the Weave crypto component. Disabling Weave, since it will not work correctly.

Firefox Sync therefore no longer logs in automatically.

If I'm not mistaken, this Bug desperately needs at least "Weave", "Crypto" and perhaps "login" in it's title. Else there will be massive duplicates from Nightly Testers...

1.4.1b2 works (development channel for Firefox)  https://services.mozilla.com/sync/install.php

We'll ship 1.4.1 as soon as possible.
