577604 - Rename 1.9.3 fields to 2.0

During the bmo 3.6 upgrade downtime, we should rename any 1.9.3 fields to 2.0. This includes custom fields, milestones, versions, etc.

Also, let's rename mozilla-1.9-drivers to mozilla-trunk-drivers.

nit: maybe mozilla-next-drivers? Since we often branch off trunk before we release mozilla.next, etc.

Also, please don't forget to update the QuickSearch keyword so that it works :)

  You'll be writing a Perl script to update the schema manually? Because if this column already exists, you have to use $dbh to change it, otherwise bz_schema will get out of sync.
