578061 - App Tab: Unable to re-shuffle order when multiple normal tabs are open

I am unable to shift around the order of the application tab.   It only allows dragging back to the main tab bar, but not within the application tab order itself

Repro:
1) install minefield: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:2.0b2pre) Gecko/20100712 Minefield/4.0b2pre
2) add 3+ app tabs
3) drag and shift app tabs with the app tab screen
4) Verify cannot be reshuffled

Expected:
- shuffle app tabs within the application tab bar

This WFM using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:2.0b2pre) Gecko/20100712 Minefield/4.0b2pre.

For me too, except that the drop indicator doesn't show up at the right position.

ah, it looks like you need enough open normal tabs to trigger the "scroll tabs" indicator to repro this.

so open like 20 something tabs and it breaks shuffling.  Then dragging the app tab, you'll see it shift to just the left of the "<" cursor.

I see the same issue with a large number of tabs open.

Can't reproduce this, please reopen if you're still seeing it.
