"View settings for this account"->"Junk settings". Any changes made are discarded without warning when the window is opened again. I've tried running TB as administrator (Vista nonsense) but the same thing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change account settings
2.Alter junk mail settings to anything diffferent from existing settings
3.Click OK and then open again to see if changes have taken place
Actual Results:
No changes made

Expected Results:
Junk settings should be updated

I was making this change after amalgamating 2 accounts (with 2 sets of folders) into one account. I _think_ this happened before the 2nd account was ditched, but it might be that the error started occurring after I ditched the other account.
There are some known issues around this. Basically what happens is that something fails when you try to save the account information, so nothing is saved. Frequently that is because one of the fields is pointing to an invalid folder - and that might even be a disabled field. So I would check all of your fields, and make sure they point to valid folders.
Sounds dup of bug 472959 or bug 536768. See also bug 557030 for "Copies&Folders" case.
Bug 472959 look right. Sorry about that. I searched around for it before submitting.
