"Your name" textbox is misaligned in the "Mail Account Setup"

Yesterday after updating my TB to the latest 3.1.2 release I noticed what follows:
"Your name" textbox in the "Mail Account Setup" window is misaligned.
It is not in line with other textboxes ie. "Email address" and "Password".
As far as I remember all the textboxes were correctly aligned in the previous version of
The issue is present only in Thunderbird 3.1.2 with Polish locale.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open account manager
2.Try to add a new e-mail account
Actual Results:
The "Mail Account Setup" window with misaligned "Your name" textbox appears.
Expected Results:
The "Mail Account Setup" window appears where all textboxes are correctly aligned.

In the picture you can see 2 "Mail Account Setup" windows.
Top one in English has all textboxes correctly alligned.
Bottom one in Polish has a misaligned "Your name" ("Imię i nazwisko" in Polish) textbox.
