Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to this URL: http://jordan.palo-alto.ca.us/arcycom/home.html
This is a page that, in a very underhanded way, allows parents to find out what
homework has been assigned to their students enrolled at Jordan Middle School.

2. Click Get Key Listing.

3. Type "coconut" and click Get List.

Expected results: You see a list of my daughter's teachers, with links to lists
of the homework they have assigned.

Actual results: You go to a page offering low cost domains (Windows), or to the
Netscape search page (Linux).

On Communicator 4.x and IE, you get the expected results. On mozilla you don't
apparently because of bad HTML in the source for the form page. Here's the bad HTML:
<FORM method=GET action="http:/cgi-bin/arcycom/getlist.pl">

Communicator 4.x and IE forgive the bad HTML, but mozilla does not.

Is this a bug?

that's a malformed URL... This is a duplicate of a wontfix bug.

It may make sense to contact the site maintainers and ask them to remove the
offending (and unnecessary) "http:"

coconut does not work anymore, but the response shows this works now. Fixed by
patch for bug 32966 or bug 163225.
