58901 - "Remove" button in Personal Dictionary does not work

Using Netscape Mailer to compose a message, add some words in your personal 
dictionary(to do this,you should enable Spell check by pressing the button in 
the toolbar or check the preference). Now suppose I have several words in my 
dictionary, if I try to remove a word, next time when I do the spell check and 
bring up my personal dictionary and the word is still there.

confirmed using win32 2000-112808-mtrunk build.

Steps to reproduce problem:
0) Add some misspelled words to your personal dictionary prior
1) Start a new mail message
2) type a mis-spelled word in the message body
3) Press the spell check button off the toolbar
   The spell check dialog appear
4) Press the Edit button
   The personal dictionary appears
   A list of mis-spelled words
5) Highlight a word
6) Click the remove button
   The word is removed from the list
7) Close the Personal dictionary
8) Click on the remove button
   The word re-appears in list.

If this is event related it seems like it would mean click events aren't working 
somehow and I believe they work fine.  Seems more likely to be a logic error in 
the spell check code.  I don't see a spell check component.  Composition?

Tested win32 04-06-20001 mozilla build on PC window 2000. I went to Mailer
Edit->Preferences->Mail and Newsgroups->Message Composition and found out "Check
spelling before sending" has been greyed out. There was no way for me to mark
the spelling check.

Bug 43348 is the same issue with the personal dictionary in the composer, this
may be a dupe of that bug.
