Tools staging machines now missing changes from bug 563036.

Tools staging machines were also missing updates to buildbot/twistd, making them unable to attach to the master.

Maintenance on these machines is becoming difficult - both due to relying on releng to remember to update the tools team when changes are made and then having to do all the updates by hand.

I'm pushing up the status here.
