Page scroll up causes rendaring issue.
Changing mozilla.widget.render-mode=0 is no effect.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minefield with new profile
2. Open URL tinderbox log( http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showlog.cgi?log=Birch/1282300055.1282306799.23096.gz&fulltext=1#err0 )
3.
4. Scroll to Page Buttom (push End Key)
5, Scroll up and down 


Actual Results:
 Rendering issue happens.

 No issue.
