User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.6 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/6.0.495.0 Safari/534.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-GB; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100802 SUSE/3.1.2 Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.2 My company has just switched from GMail back to Exchange, and I immediately started to miss being able to organize email using gmail-like labels. In principle, something similar to gmail labels could be implemented by using tags as labels: a) Set up a unified Inbox (that gathers together the inbox and sent mail) b) Create a filters that apply different tags to incoming/outgoing email c) Create saved search folders that match by tags The problem is that if one has many tags - and I have around a dozen - setting all this up is a hassle. My request is that TB by default includes an option to display email organized into virtual folders, with each virtual folder corresponding to a distinct tag. Ideally, the "All Folders" -> "Unread Folders" -> "Fav folders" ->"Recent folders" -> "Unified folders" folder option should include a "Tags" option, which if selected would display messages for each distinct tag in a different virtual folder. Basically, I would like a), b), c) above to become a one-click operation. Reproducible: Always
