When using Thunderbird in Germany and creating a new account, the automatic mail account setup wizard is the only way to start with. Often the mailaccount is miscreated and a manual correction is sometimes difficult, the account must be deleted again if you stop the wizard too late.
It would be nice if there were a switch to fill in the account settings manually.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create new account
2.try to do the settings manually
Actual Results:  
the account wizard takes too much control

Expected Results:  
let the account settings fill in manually

Many users at least in Germany whish to have an option to do the account settings without the wizard.
