If you go through the "I already have a Sync account" part of the setup wizard and don't remember your passphrase, you first have to enter something into the text field, click Continue/Next and *then* you see the "I have lost my Sync Key" option. We should really always show that as an option.
Possibly also always show "Reset Password" (same issue, different item).
Summary: Always show "I have lost my Sync Key" → Always show "I have lost my Sync Key" and "Reset Password"
Talked with faaborg about this. "I have lost my Sync Key" should be moved below the paragraph ending in "Show me how." We should also add a sentence before it a la "If you no longer have access to your other computer, you can reset your Sync Key." Nominating this for b9 blocking.

Can the reviewers do a grammar review on the strings, too? We should get them "comma perfect" and stuff the first time.

Comment on attachment 498541 [details] screenshot of v1 I'm worried about users claiming they have lost it (when they haven't really lost it) in hope that we will recover it and email it to them. Or because they don't know what it is so they just figure it is easier for us to fire off an email. What they are hoping for is a shortcut, and what they are getting is the opposite of a short cut (a long cut?), since we'll fire errors on the other machine, and just make them move the key either way. The second sentence is currently: "You can reset your Sync Key if you lost it and no longer have access to your other device. _I have lost my Sync Key_" I think we should change this to just: "I have lost my other device" So this makes the context of the question "do you have your other computer?" (yes) instead of "do you have your [unintelligible]?" (no?) So the full text: You can get a copy of your Sync Key by going to Sync Options on your other device, and selecting "My Sync Key" under "Manage Account". Show me how. I have lost my other device.
