Use an image of a group in drags instead of the group itself for performance?

Dragging a group with lots of tabs around can be slow, especially on older computers. One solution is to use a fake drag image of the grouo and drag that around instead.
The two ways I see of doing this is via the canvas drawWindow, or the via -moz-element and have that point to the group.

Without profiling, we don't know if this is a minor or major perf gain. Punting to the future.

This won't be addressed anymore with Panorama being slated for removal.
