Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Linux armv71; rv2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101020 Firefox/4.0b8pre Fennec/4.0b2pre

1. install Simeji
2. go to url : http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/formsninput.html
3. close the hardware keyboard
4. place the device in landscape
5. click in a text field
6. type some stuff
7. pan up and down

Expected: the form helper does not move
Actual: the form helper bar does move.

Note:
1. only occurs in landscape with the VKB
