After entering and leaving full screen mode via F11 button, tab groups are bigger than before.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter Panorama.
2. Press F11 several times to enter and leave full screen mode.
Actual Results:  
Groups of tabs will grow to the maximum size they can reach.

Expected Results:  
Size of groups should stay the same.
