There are some missed sync paths for client.mk.
Bug 592575 (I missed a whitespace nit in my review)
Bug 454449 never landed on c-c.
Bug 445191 probably should be added too.

fully sync it
As the "upload sdk" steps only concern XULRunner builds, I'm not sure how much sense it makes to add them on our side, but I don't care enough to block this on that decision.
Please make sure you mark all you buildsystem porting work in http://dev.seamonkey.at/porting adequately.
