moz2-darwin9-slave08.build.mozilla.org seems to have its mach contexts mixed up - I can't start applications by clicking on them from the GUI, and its buildslave process is ending up in a disabled context, meaning it can't resolve hostnames or do anything useful. This should be a darwin9 image. Thanks!
This is a staging slave, so there's no need to coordinate the timing with releng.
