Bug 607444 fixed the Quicktime plugin claim of 'application/pdf' MIMEType resulting in single page image for pdf, but people are not seeing this change because their pluginreg.dat doesn't refresh.

This will probably fix the cases of Quicktime not appearing for some users in b7.
