612507 - adding a collection icon fails on production AMO server

Steps:
======
URL:https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/

-Load any collection details page on AMO production server
-Edit the collection
-Add an icon to the collection and click on "Save Changes"

Expected Result: Icon should be added successfully

Actual Result: adding an icon to the collection fails

Following are noticed:
-Image placeholder shows the string "Collection icon" (string "Collection" runs out of the placeholder boundary and character 'n' is truncated)
-There is a link "Reset" which indicated already an image is set for the collection

Note: Clicking on the link "Reset" brings back the old image(default image:collection.png)

Checked on next and preview server.add/reset collection icon works fine

Do you have a link to your collection?  This is probably the same thing as bug 611621

This happens with any collection i've created before and also with new collections created now which will have default image(collection.png) if not image is set while creating
