Details
The same problem like bug 619289, bug 619290, bug 619314 and bug 619341 but for czech (cs) version. Firefox 4.0 Beta 8 Build1 (czech version) cannot start :(

Firefox not starting at all worths a higher severity. ;)

Yeah, I saw your comment after I did a mass-reopen. You don't get midair collisions when doing mass-change. Sorry for that. ;)
