Account's icon shows green arrow when all mails have been filtered to another account's folder

... and the other account doesn't show the green arrow to say there is a new
mail in one of its folders.
This is a duplicate, I'll look for existing bug.

Searched through all the filter bugs and cant find a duplicate. Reporter is this
still a problem in the latest nightly builds?
This still happens (not all the time, never did). Related to 32369?

The problem still exists with the current build I am using (20010309-13 Linux).
As far as I can tell, it is not related to the bug 32369 which is FIXED now. The
problem occurs everytime I try it, with many different types of filtering to
redirect the incoming mail to another account.
Following this issue as 68879 (it has beta fix rating)
