62125 - [RFE] Make Printing URL or Page Count on Printing Output from Browser Switchable/Configurable

Confirmed on both Win32 Win2K 1205 and OS/2 "1201" (1130), so I'm guessing All.  
I'm using WinFax Pro 9 as my target printer.

This is more of an feature equivalency bug to previous Netscape 4.6x+ releases.

If you print something from Mozilla, you don't get the Title, time and date, 
source URL, number of pages, etc. printed in the header and footers of the page.

This is a rather nice feature which really should be in Mozilla as well.

It would also be nice if the print job had the ability to not print this as 
well, since they take up some additional room on the page.

Finally, if this margin data was configurable somehow through XUL, that would 
rock.

This has been mentioned in passing in several bugs but then they get 
sidetracked, so we'll use this as a focal point for this problem.  I'll attach 
dependencies to the problem when I get the bug created.

Sorry, this was a partial dupe of 32128.  I'll ammend the summary to focus on 
making this an enhancement for switchability and get an update against 32128.

This is a duplicate of 32128.. not a dependency.  Add information to 32128 if 
not all the information is there.
