The "privacy and security" submenu of Composer's tasks menu is missing "image 
manager" and "form manager".

there is no such feature as form manager, we do have an image map editor -- is 
that what you are referring to?

Form Manager is in the Privacy and Security menu (under Tasks) for Navigator, 
and has previously been called Wallet and Autofill.  I've never used it, but 
I'm pretty sure it exists.

Btw, chatzilla and address book are missing the same items, and mail is missing 
form manager but not image manager.

Opening the "privacy and security" menu in Chatzilla also gives several console 
errors:

wallet.crypto pref is missing from all.js
wallet.enabled pref is missing from all.js
imageblocker.enabled pref is missing from all.js

IMO, the "Manager" group of Tasks menu items should only be available in 
Navigator.  See also bug 67416, "[rfe] turn "Privacy and Security" and "Tools" 
into one top-level menu".
