629789 - Add visual indication of unexpected file nominations in editor's queue

Bug 627502 ports the editor's Full Review queue to Zamboni.  To match Remora, the queue will show *any* type of nominated file.  For example, it will show disabled files.  You'd expect it to only show nominated and unreviewed files, however, there still seems to be bugs in the nomination process so for now we want to show all nominated files.

For this bug, highlight or call visual attention to the row in the data grid when a nominated file is not type=unreviewed.  That will help us locate bugs in the nomination process :)

This is too much of an edge case, and it hasn't caused much trouble so far. We can deal with them case-by-case.
