Japanese L10n files for Fennec is now up-to-date: https://l10n-stage-sj.mozilla.org/shipping/dashboard?av=fennec4.0&locale=ja and signed-off (now pending review): https://l10n-stage-sj.mozilla.org/shipping/pushes?locale=ja&av=fennec4.0 Please include ja locale into Fennec. Locale list file for Android Fennec is maemo-locales? (no android specific list?) http://hg.mozilla.org/mobile-browser/annotate/tip/locales/maemo-locales If it's right, add ja to the file.
Is this locale being included for release? Any update?
Stuart and Thomas wanted this, and thus this happened, http://hg.mozilla.org/mobile-browser/rev/f8f616b259ff. Marking FIXED, and best wishes to Japan.

reopening. opening ja locale throws error and locks up fennec. need to re-install fennec. can't get the error, but i'll attach a screenshot. Repro: 1) install fennec rc1 on android 2) switch locales to ja 3) restart. verify fennec locks up due to broken ja locale Expected; - ja works.

I confirmed multi-locale rc1 build2 will show xml parse error for ja. # tested with Nexus One OTOH, when I installed langpack on en-US only build, no error happen. http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/candidates/4.0rc1-candidates/build2/maemo5-gtk/ja/fennec-4.0.ja.langpack.xpi Or, langpack build by myself: http://dynamis.jp/temp/fennec-4.0rc1.ja.langpack.xpi Not sure why but I'll check this problem and update ja locale if needed this night (after the workshop I'm managing just now).

ja screenshot of en-US build with ja langpack. Not sure why the style is broken. I didn't see this issue when I tested with beta 5 or nightly builds with langpack. I'll update ja locale if the locale file cause this.
This is way weird. I filed bug 642755 to figure out why the browser.dtd file in the build is what it is. 'Cause I have no idea.

Depends on: 642755
Should be fixed by bug 642755.

Thanks All, I also verified with rc1build3. (In reply to comment #12) > dynamis, have you filed a bug? i'm seeing it too on rc1 build 3. Yes, it was simple problem. Sorry I should noticed about this earlier. I filed a bug 643038.
