635730 - Modify Skype blocklist entry to narrow version range to < 5.2.0.7165

Skype will be releasing version 5.2.0.7165 of their toolbar extension on Feb 21st (today). This version addresses the topcrash and performance issues outlined in bug 615799 that resulted in softblocking the current versions in bug 627278. QA has run testing to try and reproduce crashes with the new version and has not been able to (Tomcat, please provide any additional commentary if needed), and the perf impact on DOM manipulation is now acceptable.

As a result of these changes, the softblock entry added in bug 627278 should be modified to limit versions of the blocked extension to those below 5.2.0.7165. Please update the softblock entry to limit blocked versions to those < 5.2.0.7165.

Skype has released our latest version of the toolbar (version 5.2.0.7165) which as Kev mentions should be unblocked since it has been verified by both our QA teams.  The latest can be downloaded here:

can you please reply on this bug once Skype is unblocked?

That's an entirely new GUID. No unblocking is needed as that GUID hasn't been blocked.

(It also means uploading to AMO will have no effect as all the users on your previous 2 GUIDs won't find updates for that.)

@Justin Skype extension GUID for FireFox was not changed, it's the same {AB2CE124-6272-4b12-94A9-7303C7397BD1}

We need in unblocking and AMO will have effect.

I'm sure it's on your long list of things to do (and isn't exactly urgent), but the http://www.mozilla.com/blocklist/ page needs to be updated to reflect the version change; ie: partial reversion/revision of bug 627471.
