On Firefox Panorama, if it focus the tab which is enable to move backing previous pages and I press BackSpace key, the tab move backing previous page in Panorama.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0.The tab(A) has history to back previous page.
1.Enter to Firefox Panorama.
2.Focus on the tab(A).
3.Press BackSpace key.
Actual Results:  
The tab(A) backs previous page.

I can confirm this on Win7 and Mac. Linux seems fine. If anything, the behavior should be consistent.

It's a little goofy; maybe we can make a trivial patch and redirect they key event toward search, or just swallow it.

Yes, this is a dupe of bug 587276, which unfortunately has a patch but was just given approval-. It will not ship with Firefox 4.

It was unclear to me that bug 623768 (and this bug, I suppose) would be covered by the fix for bug 587276. We white list commands, but not key strokes (i.e. we still allow search to be brought up with most keys).

Yes, the patch for bug 587276 white list commands, not key strokes.

In that case, this bug is a dupe of bug 623768, but not bug 587276
