User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b12) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b12 Build Identifier: 3.1.8 Feature Request: Currently : When viewing messages, highlight text, copy/paste this into the "Filter these messages ..." field to view messages with requested text. Feature Request : When viewing message, highlight some text in message. Can there be a right click option to automatically populate the "Filter these messages ..." field? It would say something like : Filter on "selected text" Note: This is similar to Firefox behavior for Google searches. Highlight some text, right click -> Search Google for "selected text" Reproducible: Always
Yeah, this makes sense to me. We already have "Search [Open search search provider] for [selected text]" on the context menu of selected text in message reader. So interestingly, while we offer searching *the web* for selected text, we don't offer using TB to search for other messages that contain selected text. If there are no duplicates, this should be confirmed.
