Prefs->Appearance->Colors

Activating a pallette menu in prefs should focus the pallette menu, so the user 
can select a color using the keyboard, and so the menu can notice when it loses 
focus and go away (like drop-down listboxes need to do, bug 64079).

This bug depends on bug 64160.

Removing dependency on 64160.
No longer depends on: 64160
Verified that this is fixed on linux build 2001102910, win98 & w2k build
2001102903 but this does not work on Mac OS 9 or OS X, therefore changing OS and
reopening

jrgm: does this work on mac now?
Nope. Doesn't work on OS/9 for Mac, at least. Can't keyboard navigate the 
colorpicker when it comes up.
