Similar to bug 641610 the GetPersonas Plus add-on needs a page to show people when they've updated the add-on. The current URL:
http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/updated
We just need to transition this page to AMO. The add-ons on the page should come from the standared locale featured collection (with en-US fallback) and the normal up & coming list.
