Steps to reproduce: 1. Switch to the Win Classic theme (because classic and modern handle radio button focus differently (bug 56141?)). 2. Go to Prefs->Composer->New Page Settings or Prefs->Advanced->Proxies 3. Focus one of the radio buttons. 4. Use up and down to select other radio buttons. The items under the radio buttons should be enabled only when the correct radio button is selected, but nothing gets enabled/disabled if you use up/down to select the radio buttons. Clicking the radio buttons instead of using the keyboard works fine.
