When I enter bugs on b.m.o, I always get the guided "Step 2 of 3 - give information" format.  This template limits what I can choose for Hardware Platform and Operating System.  But the limits don't make sense for different products.  E.g. even entering a bug for product=Fennec, I can't choose Android ARM.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be a n00b b.m.o user with no special privileges/permissions.
2. Click _New_, choose product Fennec
3. Under "Step 2 of 3 - give information", click on the Hardware Platform and Operating System fields.
Actual Results:  
You see a subset of choices for rep_platform and op_sys.  No "DEC", "HP", "PowerPC", "IRIX", "Neutrino" (which is reasonable, they're all very rare).  But no "ARM", "Android" choices, which is the majority for Fennec.

Expected Results:  
The guided form's subset of choices for platform and OS should vary depending on the product chosen.

The workaround is to immediately edit the new bug; show_bug.cgi lists all the available choices for OS and platform.

This request sounds like bug 163778, but *isn't*.  I don't necessarily want separate OS/Platform lists per product (as a commenter there says, what would happen if you reassign a bug to another product?), I'm only asking for the format=guided template to be smarter about the restricted choices it already shows.
