Details

Print default header/footer that is not customizable - 1) Default header (document title - document URL) 2) Default footer (1 of xx - date/timestamp) Follow defaults of Communicator.
Also, have a preference that we can expose to disable this default field at a time. Nominating for beta1 and understand that this is a lower priority than common printing problems.

This looks like a duplicate of bug 17741. This is also related to bug 5332
Not sure if this should be a dup. This bug basically says that we should have headers and footers on printed pages, but not customizable by the end user.
