Regression from bug 633258 Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to html code tutorial: http://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/frames/_IFRAME.html 2. Click into the iframe 3. Try to scroll within the iframe Actual results: One can not scroll within the iframe. Expected results: One should be able to scroll the view container without scrolling the entire page
