DNS/DHCP, inventory, nagios.

The nagios checks can be reduced to pings for now.

These need to be reimaged, and have same nagios checks as our current build slaves.

We already have hosts named moz2-darwin10-slave53 and moz2-darwin10-slave54.  What's the plan here?  What's the background?

Yes, they used to be part of our pool: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=588108 made them into Firefox Home builders but that project is not going to happen so now we can re-absorb them.
I don't think we're short of build capacity, so let's just mark them spare for now.

We may need to hold off on this, due to the conversation I overheard between clyon and zandr re: building a Firefox Home local proxy for the iPhone.
