steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/files/compare/115856...77727/ 2. Click on 'expand all' option 3. Click on pt-BR > Global > about.dtd observed behavior: User needs to scroll up to see the contents of the file Same case while viewing the contents of a file.
