seen on commercial builds: windows 2001-01-16-06-mtrunk linux 2001-01-16-06-mtrunk -browse any page -click on File|Edit expected results: composer launches with page in browser note: opeing composer then selecting File | Open web location doesn't work either. tested results: composer doesn't luanch at all.

looks like cmanske may have broken this (???) reassign to him for initial triage (also broken on Mac mozilla build).

Confirming on Windows 98, 20010115. This should be a P1 bug IMHO.
See bug 64129. Probably an easy fix, I'll take a look when I get home. Shouldn't hold tree for this.

Is there any other way to invoke the composer? If not, then this is a test blocker as we cannot test the composer functionality.
