I can start working on this but has there been a resolution for the payment information issue that was brought up by bug 657564? 

Also, should I omit the other fields currently on the remo-budget form that are not listed on the etherpad?

I updated the etherpad to reflect the changes on this bug also

Everything looks great, except when you try to file the bug you get an error of a non existing component. Shouldn't that be "Budget" ?

Database snapshot is rather old. I added the Budget Requests component so you can try again.

On stage the only available states for the bug created by the form seems UNCO and RESOLVED ... I guess that is not the case in production. David?
Right. This is because the database on b-s-t has been sanitized and most group information is missing. So the list of states available on bugs may be different.

Any idea when this will land on production? Thanks David!
Normally we update on Thursdays. If there is something else that needs to go before then, this will go with it. Is next Thursday going to be too late?

We were hoping to have this functionality this Thursday, as we are launching this weekend.

Sorry. I was unaware of the hard deadline this request needed. I will see if I can round up some IT person to push this today or over the weekend but I cannot guarantee anything before Monday. I apologize if I missed the deadline information but please let us know in the future when something is due and make sure we have adequate lead time to complete the features.

The remo-payment-form changes are still waiting on review from glob so I am would rather not push that if it is not properly reviewed yet.
