I would like to get push access to en-GB locale so that I can update that locale for SeaMonkey releases. My account name is iann_cvs@blueyonder.co.uk

Backing this up, over to server ops. FWIW, the original cvs account was bug 219746. This should only be adding Ian to the scm_l10n group in ldap.
