using 5/17 build of apprunner on all platforms. 1) launch apprunner + editor 2) pull down Format | PAragraph/heading menu item. notice that the following menu items are not functional: Address Preformat List item Definitaion term definition description all platforms

moving to m10 - this is progressing well and should land early in m10
responding to chofmann's "is this close?" quesstion in the status whiteboard field: The "normal", "header {1,2,3...}", "address", and "preformatted" menu items are close - first cut at these should be ready for checkin on monday (8/16). "list item" is there already. i haven't thought much about "definition term" and definition description" - not sure when those will be done.
marking fixed: everything besides the descriptor list pieces (term, description) is done. I'll open a new bug for descriptor lists.
