This meta bug tracks problems commonly reported by NVDA users with regard to Firefox 4 and above. Some are often cited as reasons for reverting to Firefox 3.6.
Summary: [meta] Remaining work to ensure the latest Firefox is improved Firefox 3.6 for NVDA users → [meta] Remaining work to ensure the latest Firefox is improved over Firefox 3.6 for NVDA users
Whiteboard: [possible q3 goal]
While all of these are very important for uptake of Firefox >= 4 among NVDA users, these two bugs are less important than the others:
* bug 653230: annoying but not critical, as notifications are now announced and focused properly, so at least the user knows one has appeared and can act accordingly
* bug 643990: not so important for novice users, as they probably aren't using add-ons
