660862 - Widget height is not updated when moved to bigger toolbar

By default on mac widgets get size of 16*16 also only width may be modified. If widget is moved to the navigation bar it's height should be updated to 22px to match height of other widgets there, but it's not, so add-on sdk widgets look ugly and small. Also 16px is extremely small space to draw anything!

Stephen, could we have a feedback from UX about this bug? As far as I know there is no UI item in Firefox that behaves like that, currently. Also, we can safely assume that due the Bug 787384 ("Move Add-on bar on navigation toolbar") this is not an issue: the default height will be 22px, or we'll keep the 16px to keep the space for the borders.

When Australis lands widget will be deprecated so we won't be working on this.
